You connect your Converty store from Inflow and approve access. From then on:
- Orders come in on their own, within seconds, with an hourly backup sync.
- Each order’s status is followed (confirmed, shipped, delivered, returned…), which is what lets you pay on delivery.
- Creators’ promo codes are created in your store, with the discount you choose.
- Products are read so each link can open a product page directly.
Inflow never edits your products, prices or orders. You can also sign up to Inflow with your Converty account.
How an order gets credited
The creator’s link opens your Converty store with their reference in the page address. The order placed on that page keeps the reference, and Inflow credits it to the creator. If the shopper types the creator’s promo code, the order is credited too.
For shoppers who tap and come back to order later, an optional tracking script can be added to your store by the Converty team at your request. It remembers the tap for the attribution window (30 days by default) and collects no personal data. Links and codes already work without it. Details on How it works.
Commission that follows delivery
Because Inflow reads your store’s order statuses, commission stays pending until delivery, then waits out a hold (7 days by default). A refused parcel or a cancelled order earns nothing; a return or exchange after delivery reverses the commission automatically. You can pick another moment (shipped or confirmed), but delivered is recommended.

- Check that your store is compatible from the home page (free, no signup).
- Create your account and connect your Converty store.
- Set your default commission.
- Invite your creators: each gets a link, a code, a QR code and their own free portal.

Converty and Inflow questions
Is Inflow a Converty product?
No. Inflow is an independent service that connects to your Converty store through the access you approve. You can disconnect it at any time.
Do I need to touch my store’s theme or code?
No. Connecting takes one click. The tracking script is optional and can be added by the Converty team if you ask.
Can Inflow change my orders or prices?
No. Inflow reads orders and products, and creates or deactivates your creators’ promo codes. It never edits your products, prices or orders.
Are older orders credited?
Orders placed before you connected can only be credited by promo code. Link tracking starts when you connect.
What happens when a parcel is returned?
The status comes in from your store, and the creator’s commission is reversed automatically if the order had already been delivered.
Does Inflow work with platforms other than Converty?
Not yet: Inflow works with Converty stores. If you use another platform, write to us.
Can I connect several stores?
Yes, on the Scale plan. Starter and Growth include one connected store.
