Terms of use
For merchants and creators, in plain language.
Last updated:
In short: Inflow is software that tracks influencer orders and keeps a ledger. It never holds or moves money. Merchants pay creators directly, by bank transfer, within 7 days of approving a payout.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Inflow (“Inflow”, “we”) provides software for brands that sell on Converty (“merchants”) and the influencers who promote them (“creators”). These terms apply to this website (inflow.work), the merchant app (app.inflow.work) and the creator portal (creators.inflow.work).
By creating an account or accepting an invitation, you accept these terms. Section 4 applies to merchants, section 5 to creators, and the rest to everyone.
2. What Inflow is, and what it is not
Inflow is software. It attributes orders from a merchant’s Converty store to creators, calculates commission with the rules the merchant sets, and keeps a ledger of what was earned, approved and paid.
- Inflow never holds, receives or transfers money. Merchants pay creators directly by bank transfer.
- The commission relationship is between the merchant and the creator. Inflow is not a party to it, and is not an employer, agent, bank, payment provider or marketplace.
- Attribution depends on the data Converty provides and has known limits, described on the How it works page.
3. Accounts
Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Creators join through an invitation sent by a merchant. Tell us at hello@inflow.work if you think someone else is using your account.
4. Merchant terms
Connecting your store
When you connect your Converty store, you allow Inflow to read your orders, products and store details, to receive order updates, and to create and update promo codes for your creators. Inflow does not edit your products, prices or orders. You can disconnect your store at any time.
You are responsible for the customer data in your store, and you confirm you may share it with Inflow for order attribution. See the privacy policy.
Commission
You set the commission rules and agree them with your creators. Commission becomes earned only when Converty marks an order delivered, and is reversed if it is returned or exchanged after delivery. You can attribute an order by hand or void a commission with a reason; these actions are logged.
Payouts
When you approve a payout, you acknowledge that amount as owed to the creator. You pay it within 7 days of approval, by bank transfer to the bank details the creator saved in Inflow, then mark it paid in Inflow (you can attach the transfer receipt).
Overdue payouts
A payout not marked paid 7 days after approval is shown as overdue. While you have overdue payouts, Inflow may restrict your account, for example by preventing new creator invitations, until they are settled. Creators see a payment reliability label for each brand.
Plan fees
Paid plans are billed monthly as shown on the pricing page. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you. Creators never pay, and Inflow takes no share of commissions.
Tax and invoicing
You handle your own obligations, such as any withholding tax and the invoices or receipts you need from creators. Inflow does not calculate tax or issue invoices for you.
5. Creator terms
The creator portal is free.
Your commission
Your commission terms come from the merchant. Inflow shows the rules the merchant configured and the orders attributed to you. Questions about a rate or an order go to the merchant first.
Payout details
Keep your bank details accurate and in your own name or your business’s name. A transfer made to the details you saved counts as paid to you. When you change your IBAN, account holder or RIB, the merchant verifies them again.
Tax and invoicing
You are responsible for your own tax status, declarations and invoicing. Inflow does not withhold tax or issue invoices for you.
Promote honestly
Do not place or arrange fake orders, order through your own link to earn commission, use bots or misleading ads, or hide that a post is a paid partnership where the law or the platform requires it. A merchant may void commission on orders that are not genuine.
Confirming payments
When a merchant marks a payout paid, confirm receipt once the money arrives, or open a dispute in good faith if it does not.
6. The ledger is the record
Inflow’s ledger (earned, reversed, approved and paid amounts) and the receipts attached to payouts are the shared record between a merchant and a creator. It is built from the order data Converty provides and the actions of both parties. If you think an entry is wrong, raise it in the app.
7. Disputes between merchants and creators
Disputes are handled in the app first: a creator can dispute a payout, and both sides see the same ledger and receipts. If that does not settle it, write to hello@inflow.work. We can review the ledger and share what it shows with both parties, but we do not arbitrate or guarantee payment. The merchant and the creator remain responsible for their agreement.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Inflow to break the law, send fraudulent traffic or orders, access data that is not yours, probe or disrupt the service, copy or resell it, or harm other users.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Inflow at any time. Merchants can disconnect their store; to close an account, write to hello@inflow.work.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, commits fraud, leaves payouts overdue or does not pay plan fees. We will tell you why, unless the law prevents it. Payouts already approved remain owed by the merchant after an account is closed.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Inflow available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on Converty’s services, which we do not control. We may change features. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will announce it on this site and in the apps before it applies.
11. Liability
Inflow is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, amounts owed between merchants and creators, outages or data issues on Converty’s side, or orders that could not be attributed. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. We will first try to settle any disagreement amicably; failing that, the competent courts of Tunis have jurisdiction.
