Side by side
| What you need | Spreadsheet | Inflow |
|---|---|---|
| Who sold what | You copy orders from your store and match codes by hand. Orders without a code are missed. | Every order placed through a creator’s link or code is credited to them automatically, with the method shown. |
| Pay on delivery | Possible, if you update every order’s status by hand. | Commission stays pending until the parcel is delivered, from your store’s own statuses. |
| Returns | You have to notice the return and fix the row yourself. | Returned or exchanged after delivery: the commission is reversed on its own. A 7-day hold (default) covers late returns. |
| Bank file | You type each IBAN and amount into your bank’s form. | One Excel or CSV file with each beneficiary, IBAN, amount and transfer reference (Growth and Scale). |
| Proof for creators | Whatever you decide to send them. | Each creator sees their orders, statuses and commission in their own portal, and every payout’s date, reference and receipt. |
| Per-post links | No. | Every post gets its own link. Orders through the bio link or a code count for the latest post. |
| Pause links | No. | You can pause a creator (links and codes off). A creator who is not paid can pause their own links for your brand. |
| Cost | Free, plus your time every month. | Starter free (3 creators, 100 attributed orders a month), Growth 19 TND/month, Scale 59 TND/month billed yearly (29 and 79 TND billed monthly). Free for creators, no cut of commissions. |
When a spreadsheet is enough
- You work with one or two creators, on a few orders a month.
- Each creator has a promo code and nearly every order uses it.
- You pay a flat fee, not a commission, so nobody needs to count orders.
- You and the creator trust each other’s numbers and rarely disagree.
In that case, a sheet with one row per order (date, reference, code, status, amount, commission) does the job. Update the status column once a week from your store.
Where the spreadsheet breaks
- Orders without a code. A shopper taps the creator’s link and forgets the code: the sheet never sees the sale.
- Statuses that move. With cash on delivery, an order can be refused, delivered, then returned. Every change means editing a row, for every creator.
- Payday. Totals per creator, IBANs, transfers, then proving to each creator what you paid and why.
- Disagreements. The creator has no access to your sheet. When their count and yours differ, it is your word against theirs.
When you need Inflow
When you have several creators, pay on commission, and sell with cash on delivery. Inflow connects to your Converty store, credits each order to the creator who brought it, counts commission only once the parcel is delivered, reverses it on returns, and gives each creator a portal with the same statuses you see. Inflow is the neutral record: every order, commission and due date is logged on both sides.
You can keep your spreadsheet for the rest of your accounts. See how it works or the pricing.
Spreadsheet or Inflow: questions
Can I export my data from Inflow to a spreadsheet?
On Growth and Scale, yes: payouts download as a CSV with the creators’ bank details, or as an Excel or CSV file ready for a bulk bank transfer.
Do I have to stop using my spreadsheet?
No. Inflow replaces the part about creators: attribution, commission and payouts. The rest of your accounts can stay where they are.
How does Inflow know an order was delivered?
It reads the order statuses from your Converty store, through webhooks and an hourly backup sync. You do not type anything.
What about orders placed before I connect my store?
On connection, Inflow imports the last 30 days of orders and credits those placed with a creator’s code.
Is Inflow worth it for a single creator?
Starter is free for up to 3 creators and 100 attributed orders a month, so you can try it with one creator and compare with your sheet.
Who sees the numbers?
You see every creator’s orders. Each creator sees only their own orders, statuses and commission.
