How it works
From a tap on a story to commission you can trust.
How Inflow credits each order to the influencer who brought it, through tracked links and promo codes, and counts commission once the parcel is delivered. Every creator link looks like inflow.work/l/<code>.
Example data
The path of one order
Webhooks bring orders in within seconds. An hourly backup sync catches anything missed.
- Link shared One per post, campaign or product
- Shopper taps Click counted, product page opens with ref
- Order placed Your store keeps the page address, ref included
- Attributed Matched to creator and campaign
- Delivered, earned Commission counts only now
Commission follows delivery
Inflow mirrors each order’s status from your store.
- Pending: the order is placed but not delivered yet.
- Earned: your store marked the order delivered.
- Available: the payout hold has passed and the creator can request a payout.
- Paid: the brand approved the request, paid by bank transfer and marked it paid.
- Cancelled: the order was refused or cancelled before delivery. No commission.
- Reversed: the order was returned or exchanged after delivery. The commission is taken back.
Five ways an order is credited
Each order shows which signal was used and how confident the match is.
-
Main signal · high confidence
Tracked link

Inflow uses its own
refand never reads ad IDs: a creator post you boost with Meta ads is still credited to the creator, and your store still records the ad. -
Second signal · high confidence
Promo code
Created in your store for you. Works even without a click.
Details
Percentage, fixed amount or free delivery, with optional limits. If a link and a code point to different creators, your setting decides (the link by default) and the other stays visible on the order.
-
Optional fallback Optional
Storefront script
Credits shoppers who browse first or come back another day.
Details
It remembers the creator’s link in the shopper’s browser for your attribution window (30 days by default), then matches the order through the store’s checkout event, the hashed phone number or the cart. No personal data. It is optional: to add it, ask your store platform’s support (by email or the chat in your store account) to add the Inflow tracking script, with the line from your settings. Inflow does the rest.
-
Safety net
Backup sync
Every hour, recent orders are re-read from your store. Gaps get filled.
Details
A deeper three-day pass runs once a night, and a “Sync now” button runs it on demand.

Final say
Your review
Fraud flags point out odd orders. You decide; nothing is voided automatically.
Details
Flags: repeat orders from the same phone, many orders from one visitor in a day, orders within a minute of the click, creators with high returns. You can attribute an order by hand or void its commission with a reason.
How the money moves
Inflow never touches the money. It keeps the shared record.
- Available After the payout hold
- Requested By the creator, with IBAN on file
- Approved Bank details and RIB shown, CSV export
- Paid by transfer Within 7 days, receipt attached
- Confirmed Creator marks it received, or disputes
Honest limits
- Shopper leaves the link’s page, or comes back later: credited only by the script or a code.
- Orders from the 30 days before you connect: promo code attribution only.
- The storefront script is added by your store platform’s support on request, not from your Inflow dashboard.
- Some orders arrive with the hourly sync rather than instantly.
- Shopify and WooCommerce aren’t supported. No WhatsApp alerts, and no email for each order.
