Pricing questions
Do I pay anything now?
No. Billing isn’t active yet: during the pilot, early merchants use every feature of every plan for free, with no card. We will tell you well before billing starts, and you will choose your plan then.
What counts as an attributed order?
An order on your store that Inflow credits to one of your creators, through a link, a promo code, the storefront script or by hand. It counts once, in the month it is attributed, whatever happens to it next. Orders with no creator are tracked for free.
What happens if I go over my plan’s limit?
During the pilot, no limit applies. Later, Inflow keeps attributing every order even over a limit: no order is ever dropped. We will contact you to suggest the plan that fits.
Is there a commitment?
No. Billing isn’t active yet, so there is nothing to cancel. Once it starts, plans have no commitment and run until the end of the month or year already paid.
How does yearly billing work?
Billing isn’t active yet. Once it starts, you pay for 12 months at once, at a lower price per month: Growth is 228 TND a year (19 TND a month instead of 29), Scale is 708 TND a year (59 TND a month instead of 79). Monthly billing stays available, with no commitment.
Does Inflow take a share of commissions?
No. You pay creators directly by bank transfer. Once billing starts, Inflow will charge brands a flat fee only, monthly or yearly; during the pilot it is free.
Do creators pay anything?
Never. The creator portal is free.
